ASSESSOR’S OFFICE ACCESSIBILITY POLICY
Township Hall’s business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:30am-2:00pm, Wednesday, 10:00am-6:00pm, except for observed holidays. The Assessor’s office hours are every other Wednesday.
A taxpayer may submit inquiries directly to Assessor Andrew Yankee by email at ayankee@assessment-llc.com, or by phone at (586) 209-4826. The estimated response time to inquiries is 7 or less business days.
A taxpayer may arrange a meeting with the Assessor for the purpose of discussing an inquiry in-person by calling (586) 209-4826 or by emailing ayankee@assessment-llc.com.
Taxpayer requests for inspection or production of records maintained by the Assessing Department may be made by calling (810) 387-4044. A staff member will be assigned the request; a Freedom of Information Act request may be required.
BOARD OF REVIEW
The GREENWOOD TOWNSHIP MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW will be held on the dates listed below at the township offices located at 9025 Yale Rd., Greenwood MI 48006:
Organizational Meeting
- Tuesday March 3, 2026 1:30 pm
Appeal Meetings
- Tuesday March 10, 2026 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Wednesday March 11, 2026 9:00am to 3:00pm
These meetings will be held in-person by appointment. The appointments may be made by calling the Township offices at (810) 387-4044 until the commencement of the Thursday March 12, 2026 Meeting. Walk-in appeals are permitted but may require waiting for an available time slot.
